A graffer is a person who tags or writes up usually on walls and public transport and dress's pretty poorly generaly with adidas or nike hoodies and track pants.

Also a (metro)s biggest enemy.

Someone who regularly does public graffiti and has their own word. They often dress "seedy" wearing nike and adidas gear, polo shirts and swish-swish or tracky pants. Sterotypically they hate metros and most smoke, rack (steal) and do drugs.

Graffer #1: "ay bro lets go bomb that roof we saw in gozzy."
