General Chang

The Klingon general and main villan from Star Trek VI: The Undiscoverd Country. He is captain of a bird of prey that can fire while cloaked and is cool because he quotes Shakespear during his battles.

General Chang says, "Cry havoc, and let slip the dogs of war."
