Flirty banter 

Banter between friends (usually (but not limited to) male and female) which seems sexual, or like flirting but with no sexual attraction between parties.

Friend 1: You see Jane and Bob flirting at that party last night?
Friend 2: Nah, that was plain old flirty banter. Everyone knows Jane's gay.

Cringey Flirty Banter 

A term used for flirting over public text that induces vomit to others. Cringey Flirty Banter is used by both sexes when they think they are being sweet or romantic, yet to an outsider it's purely sickening. Various types of CFB can be defined to a particular offenders initials.

'Kristy RC has had the best weekend ever thanks to her extra special friends, you know who you are, love ya' - defined as Classic Kristy RC Cringey Flirty Banter (KRCCFB)

'can't wait to snuggle up to you my airy, fairy beary, you silly sausage, paw paw, wuv woo snuggle monster' - HB Cringey Flirty Banter (HBCFB)

'I think I've got to dump this guy, he's just used some shocking Cringey Flirty Banter in his text'.

flirtbanter 

To flirt with someone usually through a type of social application such as facebook or texting. Generally involves witty comments and jokes that force the recipient to concede ground in the "game."

Jon- "That whore Katie tried to flirtbanter with me on facebook last night."

Ray- "What did you do?"

Jon- "Dude, what else? I kirbied her ass."

Jon- "Can you say..."uhhhhh ok?"
