A new meme that has exploded throughout the internet world. It started in July, 2006, when Italian Power Metal band Rhapsody changed their name to Rhapsody of Fire in order to avoid copyright infringement. It is used as satire in rebuttle to the new name, seeing as how it makes them stereotypical of power metal.

Coming from the authority directly above you in the chain of command, this simply allows the individual to choose his/her rate of fire and prefered style, whether open or snipe etc.
