Falseghetto

When someone from a privileged background speaks in a false Ghetto accent in a bid to appear tough or cool. Can apply to either gender (men or women).

"You ain't from the streets son, you spittin' falseghetto"

Falshetto

When you feel like you need to poop but when you sit down you just rip a nasty echoing musical fart. Essentially this is the opposite of a shart.

Man I swear I felt a turtle head poking out but when I went to drop tge kids off at the pool it was just a falshetto.
