It is a scientific fact that there are people of high I.Q.s in all races. Eugenics was given a bad name in WWII by the nazis who really used unscientific ideas and methods and was really just an excuse put farward to murder the jews. Modern eugenics seeks to use selective breeding and genetic engineering to improve humans.

This is the opposite of the Midas touch. The eugene touch it a common finance term to describe when a person gets involved in the same investment at you and that investment gets ruined.
Hey did you hear that Joe owns a bunch of ETH now. He says its going to 5k, but the Joe has the Eugene touch so it will most likely be investigated by the government and go to Zero.

This term is used to describe something so incredibly amazing that it absolutely blows your mind on how crazy it is. Supposedly nobody has ever found something worth being called Eugene Nuteris. However, there is a chance it could be found somewhere in Mexico.
