She is one of the most caring people in the world, anyone who is lucky enough to befriend an Eufracia should cherrish her. She will always be there for her friends and is the theripist of the group; not to mention gives the best hugs. She is very mature and always has to be the responcible one. You are lucky to even know an Eufracia; but to date one you have to win the lottery, for she will not only constantly care for you and show you the love you deserve, but she will always look after you even if you part ways. She has an amazing personality and a gorgeous body. Over-all Eufracia is a keeper no matter what

A lighthearted reaction upon receiving disappointing news of some sort. Usually something that isn't a particularly a big deal, esp. when it primarily affects someone else - sort of a mild schadenfreude. Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.
