When a friend or somebody who you are talking to doesn’t make any sense and you want them to explain what they mean, or what the heck they are talking about

Nerd:(Insert nerdy thing that only nerds understand)
You: ENGLISHISIZE
Nerd:(Insert something that regular people understand)

Englishish Teacher 

"English" Teachers in a foreign country mainly in Asia who are not from a country where their mother tongue is English. They are some shade of white and somehow have their employer fooled that they are from North America, Australia, or the UK.

Student: Damnit, not another Englishish teacher.
Mom: You mean English Teacher right?
Student: No I mean Englishlish because he is not from America, Canada, UK, or Australia. He is from Belarus. Where the hell is Belarus!?
