Someone who stalks people on the internet, spams and gaslights and can make 100 accounts just to reach a person.
Once a dumugian has their eyes on you it's hard to get rid of them because they will try to find you on every social media.

I got spammed by Mark yesterday and he won't leave me alone saying i'm hurting him. I feel like he might be a bit of a dumugian.

Someone who claims to be left-wing, socialist and communist yet they support Reverse Jakarta Method, Reverse Pinochet Method, Reverse Yakovlev Method, and who also supports treating right-wingers and anti-communists just like they treat leftists, socialists, and communists. Yet, they actually support demsoc parties like PT (Brazilian Worker's Party) and support stuff like PT's Socialist Democracy. And also supporting stuff like Second October Revolution and World Communist Revolution, yet supporting BRICS Communism and BRICS Comintern. If you are an anti-tankie, left anti-communist, anti-communist, right-wing, neoliberal, capitalist and/or a webcommunist, be sure there will be always a Dumugian for treat you as you treat socialists, communists, Marxists, state socialists, and tankies online.

Dumugian 

A Dumugian is a person who spams a lot on the internet and doesn't know how to read the room in a social situation. The Dumugians become obsessed with a subject or a person and they'll spam all over the internet or stalk the person.

A dumugian will also mass tag people or spam posts on social media, arguing with people in a way that makes no sense.

Another aspect of a dumugian is stalking and harassing people or naming random people as if everyone should know who they are.

i even had to delete some of his messages because he kept interrupting me and tagging me while i was writing, he picks one detail of what i write, distorts, misinterprets it, and asks questions about it, you dont even know where to start to answer it.
And this has been going on for hours, so at one point i said i'm tired of it, and that he reminded me of Dumugian.

This guy spammed the whole subreddit with political nonsense, i bet he's dumugian.

Dumugian, stop tagging and harassing me! Stop making random accounts to DM me!
