Dumb As Toast

A reference to one who is quite intellegent, but slow in the brain department.
Sometimes is not up with the new lingo.

"Man, i'd tap that guy so fast."
"You'd what that guy?"
"Man Jess, you're as dumb as toast."
"Fo sho."
