A Douche Picture is classified as the following:
A picture in the mirror showing abs.
A picture in the mirror showing non-existent abs.
A picture in the mirror flipping the mirror off.
or

A picture showing non-existent abs.
A picture flipping the camera off.

Guy 1: "Dude delete that pic."
Guy 2: "why?"
Guy 1: "It's a douche picture."

douche picture 

A "Douche Picture" is where someone or someones are doing something douch bag like in a photograph of any sort of way or form. It can also be used to refere to a person taking the picture.

1.Tom takes a picture of his brother Jim, Jim sticks up the middle finger. Jim's action makes the picture a Douche Picture.

2.Tom takes the photo with shaky hands and therefore makes it a "Douche Photo".
