The normal term “coon” that is used to put black people down but instead of this meaning being directed toward black people it is directed towards white people since they lack pigmentation in their skin which is why they would be considered discolored.

Penile Discoloration is a lethal disease involving the shaft of the penile location. This disease is early identifiable during stage 1 by necrosis of the entire ball sack. By stage 2 the penis has turned blue and now the entire body has sepsis and you die.
