It's a word that came from the "Toronto slang" (Jamaican slang) "Dutty" which means "Dirty" but switched around. It's spelled "Dirky" but pronounced "Deki."

Dirky Quirky

An adjective to describe a homosexual or bisexual being who is flamboyant in a nerdy way: they often gesture excessively and make jerkish motions, and otherwise are very awkward in social situations and like to go on long rants about oddly specific topics. Applies to about half of twinks. This all fits into a small skinny frame, preferably with red hair.
