A popular adjective coined by Archie Bunker that was brought back to life by Kain DeBurges on Facebook describing mentally ill rumor starters primarily conservatives on social media. These people generally share and spread rumors they haven't researched themselves embarrassing themselves once they find out it's false. Most of their information gets generated from a Bot Twitter or social media account Echo Chamber

BASIC meaning:
A weird thing, person or situation, a person considered stupid or foolish.

Basically the same as Dingbat, but very subtle way of saying it... In northeast (Origin: Albany), people would just say Ding dong... Example: "Dude, dont be a ding dong bat", "ha ha.. you ding dong !"... sometimes we mix and say "you ding dong fuck, or you ding dong rat" just to make it more comical.
