The act of spending a lot of money unnecessarily, on things no one else would collect, even though they haven't the means to continuously do so.

Daniel: "Hey, I just bought a Russian radioactive mask"

Term used only in the Bay Area. Commonly used as an insult to someone or joking comment.

Example: "Hey wanna go to the movies tonight?"

"Why? You tryna dick me down Dan?"
