Law enforcement who utilize drones, other unmanned aircraft satellites to spy on there citizens. The use of micro-robotics to infiltrate homes to spy on occupants. They engage in gang stalking and investigate without ever getting close to the suspects due to being fearful. Dirty cowards are scared of everything including their own shadow. They live in a constant state of fear. If presented face to face they puff out there chest to be macho but will be considering suicide.
