A confuddle/curfuffle is a odd occurrence that many elderly women use as a replacement for sexual language. Pronounced: con-fuddle and c-er-fuddle

- man touches 70yr old ladies boozum- elderly lady: I've just had a curfuffle/confuddle!!!

The feeling of being given butterflies or a nice bubbly feelibg by someone or being exited about an event
