Code Panda 

A code, commonly announced overhead in urban Emergency Departments for assistance in medicating and restraining a violent or intoxicated patient. The code is used to avoid announcing a "take-down", which would warn a patient that he will be restrained. Originated at Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx.

We had to code panda a naked man on K2 the other day.

Codependacrap 

When you spend a huge amount of time and energy buying crap, storing crap, moving crap, thinking about more crap. What a proud American consumer practices and, perhaps, seeks professional help for.
