A relatively friendly term, used to voice quiet disapproval or frustration when you are the butt of a joke. More generally though, a phrase used to describe someone who is "too cool for school."

some who is exhibiting choch like behaviors to a new level. usualy his straightened hair or wears 2 or more polo shirts. may also wear skinny jeans or black emo hair because they think it makes them look deep. Also looks like a girl from the back. also works as a generic insult.

guy 1. hey see that choch bagger over there?
guy 2. o yeah tyler hes such a choch bagger with straightened hair.
guy 1. lets beat him up
guy 2. YEA
