When you bit your cheek hard, which leads to it swelling up. Then, because it swells, you bite it more and it swells more and takes weeks to go away.

Dude, I was cheek chompin all last night.

Ugh, I just bit my cheek. Now I'm gonna be cheek chompin all day!
