This is a reference to his old self and how he always tried to rhyme orange with another word. A genius word. the word "bornana" is a metaphor for the problems within our society, such as racial discrimination, poverty, unemployment, and much more. furthermore, when he says the genius verse of "at the crib playing fortnite with your grandma" he's actually telling us about how we need world peace. to conclude this i need to metion the ABSOLUTE GENIUS of the lyrics. the fact that Eminem can combine "orange" and "banana" to make "bornana" is outstanding, this word will surely be studied in english literature for years to come.
