It's the nickname of the next president of Brazil. It's formed between the union of his name "Bolsonaro" and the word "mito" that literally means Legend or Fantastic.

A brazilian-portuguese expression used to demonstrate one's self-acknowledgement of low cognitive prowess, without being immediately self-deprecating. It generally is used by a person to signal that they are unable to hold a continued civil conversation without incurring on further logical fallacies. One can add the "2018" suffix to further underscore the expression's meaning.
