going to bed anytime before midnight (12AM) is to be considered bitch o'clock. It implies that the person is a bitch since they are self-imposing an early bedtime.

Henry (10:46 PM): Dude, I'm going to bed, I'm really sleepy

Tyson: (10:47PM): nice, bitch o'clock! you are such a grandpa
