Bad dope can refer to drugs but also someone who’s Bad and you probably don’t want to associate with. Are known for for doing grimmy things. Usually have bad intentions or just no good.
Example:
Boy 1: "I’m gonna try to talk to Nay"
Boy 2: "Nah man don’t she bad dope I heard she be playing people"

bad bag of dope 

1. Any amount of a non-specific drug (commonly weed), that appears to be acceptable, but is so bad that upon ingestion you realize it was not worth the time, money and effort. There is a probability a sizable portion will go unused.

2. Can be referred to a person you had high hopes for but let's you down.
"Man! This weed is a bad bag of dope! I aint even high! I'll bag the rest up and sell it to some duck."

Someone who is addicted to obtaining money and building wealth. A money addict and fanatic. Breadheads often work more than one full-time job, and some even participate in illicit activities to "obtain the bread".
A breadhead is like a crackhead, but for money instead of crack.
