Baby Dent 

When a pregnant lady hits something with her stomach (baby) and leaves a dent in her stomach.

"Man, that pregnant teacher ran into that kid so hard, she might have a baby dent."

Dent Baby 

An insult used to imply that a person was dropped on their head as a small child, thus negatively effecting their intelligence. 'Dent' refers to an indent caused by impact onto one's skull.

Friend 1: "Wait, so you're not supposed to light campfires with propane?"
Friend 2: "Dude, what are you, a dent baby. Of course not."
