Bloods

The Bloods are a street gang founded in Los Angeles, California. The gang is widely known for its rivalry with the Crips. They are identified by the red worn by their members and by particular gang symbols, including distinctive hand signs. The Bloods are made up of various sub-groups known as "sets" between which significant differences exist such as colors, clothing, and operations, and political ideas which may be in open conflict with each other. Since their creation, the Blood gangs have branched out throughout the United States. Bloods have been documented in the US military, found in both US and overseas bases. The Bloods gang was formed initially to compete against the influence of the Crips in Los Angeles.

The origin of the Bloods and their rivalry with the Crips dates to the 1970s, where the Pirus street gang, originally a set, or faction, of the Crips broke off during an internal gang war, and allied with other smaller gangs to found the gang that would eventually become known as the Bloods. At the time, Crips sets outnumbered Bloods sets by three to one. To assert their power despite this difference in numbers, Bloods sets became increasingly violent, especially against rival Crips members. The Pirus are therefore considered to be the original founders of the Bloods. During the rise of crack cocaine, the gang's focus shifted to drug production. Bloods sets operate independently of each other, and are currently located in almost all States. Blood sets on the East Coast are often seen as affiliated with the United Blood Nation, a gang which originated in Rikers Island. Their gang activities include: Murder, Drug trafficking, Robbery, & Extortion. They are allies with the People Nation & Latin Kings. They're rivals are Crips, Folk Nation, Sureños.

Bloods

During the Vietnam War the term "bloods" was used by both black and white American soldiers to denote black soldiers. It was not a derogative term, nor was it a derivative of the LA street gang and its subsets. White soldiers (occasionally called "rabbits") who were deemed worthy by black soldiers would share the term "blood" as synonymous with "brother." The term was most often found among American infantry units, where the infantrymen were called "grunts."

originally called pirus named after piru street in compton were founded to battle against the ever growing dangerous crips, they adopted they color red and switched thier name to bloods. like the crips they are an LA black gang. And like crips bloods have spawned a large number of imatator sets throughout the U.S.

bloods are not a multiracial gang, whites claiming to be bloods are fake and live in the suburbs and aren't recognized by real bloods in LA. other notable fake bloods are those such as dipset who were called fake by OG T Rogers, and as dickriders of LA gang shit.

Dipset is fake notably because they don pink which is a bitch color and purple which is a grapestreet crip color they claim an LA gang in nyc and real nyc doesn't recognize them, lil wayne is also a fake, OG T Rogers in an interveiw simply smirked and laughed when waynes name was brought up.

they are notorious with thier long time feud with the crips they also are noted feuding with mexican gangs as well.

Composed of illiterate retarded people who rely on automatics because they cant aim a damn gun. as equally retarded as the Crips, though fewer in number. a gang is a gang, doesnt matter wut color clothes you wear. gangs accomplish absolutely nothing, and are a bane to our society. anybody that says otherwise should just do society a favor and hang themselves.

We should just put all the Crips and all the Bloods in a big arena, and let them all kill each other, thus ending 95% of all our society's problems.

just another gang like any other gang with no life in which whoever is in it is just gonna end up in jail like everyone who's in a gang. these Bloods have no life in which they have to join a gang to get friends. in simpler words, they're just a "LOSER". A person who has no life or no friends who tries very hard to fit into a crew in which he's not. he could be a hypocrite who doesn't know where he's going towards life. gang life could end early or around the age of 30-40 which he/she later realizes that being in a gang is just pointless. in the end, he could either end up in the streets or he could be in jail or he could die.
