They are either weeaboos or the so-called "real anime fans." In rreality, they are just idiotic people who don't know how discuss anime and terrorize the other fans with their shounen crap.
That anime terrorist said that Attack on Titan is the best anime of all time, even though there are hundreds of better anime out there.
