Really cool anime. MTV booted it like they killed all the other good shows like Beavis and Butthead.
MTV is shit cause they kicked Aeon Flux off the air.

Get the aeon flux mug.
Once an intruiging and unqiue animated short which was housed in a 30-minute show "Liquid Television" which would air on MTV in the days when MTV still played music. This played along other shorts that either died or wnt on to kill brain cells (see Beavis and Butthead).
For a short time Aeon Flux had it's own spot on TV but it was short lived as there was not much advertising done for it and it's horrible time slot.
Unfortunately, as hollywood cannot let something great live in our memories, they must kill it with a movie that will never measure up to it. Thus Aeon Flux the movie was born. Even though Charlize is a great actor she must (as all great actor have to), be in at least one horrible movie.
Idiot: Dude, let's go to the movies to see Aeon Flux!
Enlightened Man: Woha, they made the cartoon into a movie?
Idiot: No, man, it's live action. Cool!
Enlightened Man: ... it's going suck. You do relaize that?

Get the aeon flux mug.
Animated show that is very unique and has many hidden symbols and meaning. The animation is wonderful and the characters are pretty cool. The plot can be confusing, but is still really good. It was cancelled but, is now on Mtv2, along with Beavis and Butthead and Celebrity Deathmatch. Long live Aeon!
Aeon is a sexy dominatrix XD

A post-apocaliptic, non-linear science-fiction anime created by Peter Chung that explores the relationship between sociopathic philantropists of two seperate governments: one a female terrorist, Aeon Flux, and another a scientist and dictator, Trevor Goodchild.

The show debuted in 1991 as part of Mtv's Liquid Television, the last episode being made in 1995.
Aeon Flux: "Fine to play with my feelings, but you are involving innocent people, Trevor! What are you doing to that poor girl!"
Trevor: "Jealous?"
