Mainly Mexican Cartel's "American" term when being called out to give your side of what actually happened, face to face with, usually your live on the line. Other Organizations/Street Gangs etc. Anywhere that A'int calling the Police Use this term as well to handle inhouse issues.

No matter what it is or how bad it is if you like/love anyone else or even if they like/love you, it can end up hurting them if your not 100% truthful.
