The action or status of dropping excessive amounts of wiener most commonly derived from Wisconsin natives. Such actions more often than not end up causing substantial amounts of twat damage and a following of groupies with meat curtains hanging out of their shorts. The visual representation of which would be a mob of women with polio who have dropped roast beef sandwiches in their laps. In recent years this action has been utilized to ease child birth by small women in the Netherlands.
