One of the most physically and mentally demanding sports in the world. To all the europeans that think its a sport for fat people to run in to each other you're wrong. Fat people that play football usually suck. It takes way more skill than soccer (I've played both). Try going up against a 240 lb linebacker thats yelling stuff to you about your mom than runs at you with a full out sprint and hits you so hard all you see is black for a few seconds than says something about how he lit your ass up while you're laying on the ground. You need way more leg strength than any other sport. The low man wins and by doing this you have to get REALLY low than on top of that you have to push guys that weigh around 200 lbs that are pushing back at you. Also if you say pads are for wimps they really don't do that much. All they do is make opponents hit you harder. On top of your own weight you have to carry you now have to carry another 30 lbs on your back while sprinting down the field.

Australian Rules football
The worlds greatest sport, also known as Aussie Rules and Australian football.
Fast paced, it incorporates the best aspects of all the football codes and the likes of basketball and boxing (unofficially).
It dates back to Melbourne in the 1800s.
Its premier league is in Australia and is the AFL. Amateur leagues exist in many countries including the USA, UK, Denmark, Germany, South Africa, Argentina, New Zealand and the list goes on.
The first amateur world cup, called the International Cup was held in 2002. The second will occur in 2005.
In Australia it is the prominent sport in Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania and the Northern Territory. The ACT and Queensland are coming around, but Sydney still needs work.
It draws greater crowds than Australia's other football codes on a club level (as Australia only plays Aussie Rules once-yearly in compromise rules against Ireland). The Grand Final draws a crowd of 100,000 people.

suny maritime football
A NCAA Division 3 football team which was reformed in 2005. The team is made up of coaches who play favorites and skip the real athletes. The head coach, Coach Kendrick-Holmes is a bi-polar former Naval Academy graduate, Defensive Coordinator Vincent Digaetano is satan worshipper who doesn't know anything about football. Nothing at all, it's kind of funny if you think about how little he does know. Coach Varner is just a fat guy, and Coach Al Piascik has two facial features.
