An emotion mask is something referenced my Spade while taking about reading people better, as described Spade said "Everyone wears a mask, the mask they chose will affect the rest of their life, some people get lucky and pick a good one, others aren't as fortunate. Not all masks are unintentional, some people choose one to hide their real feelings. Although it is possible to crack an emotion mask it's very hard, only the owner of the mask can choose to take it off"

Emotional Focus

The ability to focus so deeply on a specific emotion that it can be felt without having to experience anything physical at all. With practice, a being can feel a desired emotion on demand. With even more practice, a being can feel a desired emotion on demand regardless of what is occurring in the world around them; the chaos that exists around them cannot break their emotional focus. The emotion being focused on becomes so strong that it can be felt by anyone within close enough proximity of the being in focus.

emotional throwup

When you spill your guts and reveal everything you've been feeling and holding inside you. This can be an angry outburst, but is usually a case of telling the object of your desire of how deep your affections go. After the emotional throw up, one usually feels a lot better as they got a weight off their chest.

To bring myself closure I sent my ex a message of emotional throwup and now I feel much better.
