Term used to describe someone who pointlessly probes into peoples affairs asking rhetorical questions about everything. He usually leaves people dumbfounded, annoyed and gasping for air five minutes into the conversation. To employers, he is known to throw them under the bus (in the presence of senior managers) and escape his seat to loiter around office like the guy in jungle book.

This guy is such a Kai Chun man! He doesnt work, goes for long breakfasts, annoys his boss to the point where she's threatened to lock him down to his chair with a ball and chain. He also walks around pointlessly in office questioning people about rubbish, asking them about their salary and comparing it with payscales in less prestigious companies.
