4. Chat & e-mail, little kids talking to little kids, what parents beleive to be little kids talking to old men pretending to be little kids of oppisite sex.

5. Oroginally created for the free sharing of ideas, somewhere along the line the word "ideas" started meaning porn, and now tis is its main use

Internet Friend

Basically any friend you have on yhe internet (it could be either a real friend of yours or someone you met on a different social media site).

One thing I know for sure is that I should at least be careful about the internet friends I make because there really are a lot of weirdos and douchebags online so you do have to be really careful of who you talk to on the web.

A term coined by the writers of rockpapershotgun.com to describe the Angry Men who inhabit the Internet and become angry about things such as video game patches, color palettes, and people who do not like the video game which they like.

Angry Internet Men burned down Blizzard headquarters after a World of Warcraft patch reduced the +2 Magic Missile to a +1 Magic Missile.

Log Off the Internet Day

Log Off the Internet Day was started by a group of activists and thinkers in 1999 to make the public aware of the impacting is making on real life communities. Log Off the Internet Day is celebrated on the first Saturday after the start of summer in your hemisphere on which you are supposed to stay off the internet. No email, chat, IMs, gameplaying or surfing. A time to go to a movie, see some friends, ride a bike, be with your family.

I totally celebrated Log Off the Internet Day and went for a bike ride.

My second life wife got mad because I spent some time with my first life wife on Log Off the Internet Day.

I just rather call it that because not everyone is 31337

I feel like no one respects the English language anymore, just by using internet shorthand like: omg, wtf, n00b, lol, srsly stfu, ttyl, etc.
