Hood Crazy 

A person who is ghetto and will never change. They may carry themselves classy, but deep down they are a product of the hood and does everything in a "Hood" manner. They have their own grammar, understanding, beliefs and at least one family member who's in prison.

Also, a woman/girl can be turned into {Hood Crazy]if she dates a guy who exposes her to his hood.

They use catch phrases such as "Fleek and "Turn up." Wears too much makeup and over sized eyelashes. Advertises selling weave bundles, waist trainers and cheap "boutique" clothes.
