Nino is the head of the Cash Money Brothers or (CMB) which is a crack dealing network based in Harlem. Nino started his life of crime as a member of a Harlem gang called L.A. He picked a schoolteacher who turned out to be the mother of his future nemesis Scotty Appleton (Played by Ice-T) who is an undercover cop . unlikely move, Nino is able to takeout an entire Mafia crew without being whacked. In
the dramatic conclusion Nino is arrested by Appleton, but manages to get away with a
suspended sentence after turning state’s evidence. But Nino’s smug celebration is put to
an abrupt end when he is shot and killed in the courthouse by an old man who was a
concerned citizen that Nino had humiliated earlier in the film. Nino’s corpse then
falls down a winding staircase, followed by the end credits.
