The disease that someone or something might have that causes one symptom, the state of being of retarded. The cure for this disease can vary to how the thing had retardec. If used to indicate a living thing or object, it would mean it was slow, or if used as a slang term, stupid. This disease is regularly non-contagious, but depending on the case, it can be. On the grammer of the word, it is is normally mispronounced with the S as a K, when in fact, it sounds like a S.
