The term refers to an individual’s ability to travel, communicate, and reside in social circles that mere mortals could never tread. These circles could be heads of state, business elite, academic elite, professional athletes, and most importantly popular celebrities. HBO’s Entourage; the character Turtle has a juice card by his association with Vince and therefore he can call Jamie-Lynn Sigler or Paris Hilton for that matter.
