Its like all that or a special kind of dance move or giration but in most cases its like saying they have it all. In some contexts is means gang activity. Other contexts it means sex. Possible what a female says when mentioning the theory of the big bang to a guy, and that guy tells a friend. Possibly a guy telling you of a girlfriend that is going to commit suicide with a gun or has already.

Trang Bangs 

A particular generic Asian hair style often worn by generic Asian women. Used solely for the purpose of not appearing layable. Often suggested by old and overly protective south-east Asian fathers. Basically a bowl cut with bangs.

Asian dad: oh no, daughter started to growing titties and ass. Must give young daughter trang bangs hair cut so no boy want to do nasty thing to her.

Asian mom: oooohhh trang bang look sooo nyyy on you! eye-teenk-soh-tu!

Baby-Bangs

The slang name for younger followers of 'emo' (Emotional hardcore) fashion and music subculture.
A reference to both their youth and the common hairstyles in the emo aesthetic that utilize long, swooping bangs.
Originated out of the Goth term for young Goths 'Baby-Bat'.
Carries less of a derogatory connotation although can be used as an insult.

First used by middle-to-older 'Millennials' to refer to the fans from 'Generation Z' and younger.
The people who recall the original wave of the emo subcultural scene that grew to prominence from the late 1990s and into the early-to-mid 2000s, when they were in their teens and early-to-mid 20s, but often used by older emos to refer to younger ones in the scene in general.

Millennial 1: "Hey did you see that kid coming out of the mall just now?"
Millennial 2: "Yeah, is he wearing a Hawthorne Heights tshirt?"
Millennial 1: "Yeah and that hair-style is giving me crazy flashbacks to high school."
Millennial 2: "Good to see baby-bangs keeping the scene alive."
