A Mix of Tobacco and marijuana. Causes an intense head rush (dome) When smoked in a bong. Some mistake this for a Dirt rip, which is only tobacco, and some call Dirt rips Spliff rips.

1.) "When I had my Monte Carlo I was rippin' tits down that highway!"
(i.e. speeding; exaggerating how fast he drove)

2.) "I was ripping tits on guitar at the show last night."
(i.e. playing well; exaggerating how well he played)
