Lesbi-them is a term to describe someone that has the sexual orientation of lesbian and uses they/them/theirs pronouns. People who identify with the term lesbi-them often identify as nonbinary, agender, and/or genderqueer. There is a dash between the "lesbian" and "pronoun" parts of the word because sexual orientation and gender are separate concepts.
