The Manifestation Field

A concept describing the mental, emotional, and behavioral space where thoughts, beliefs, and actions are aligned, allowing goals and opportunities to unfold with less resistance. The term is popularized by author and speaker Pop Buchanan in his writing on manifestation, recovery, and personal transformation. Being in the manifestation field means you are no longer just visualizing change, you are actively living in alignment with it through discipline, awareness, and consistent action.

After reading Pop Buchanan’s book, he realized he wasn’t unlucky, he just wasn’t operating in the manifestation field yet.

Track and field

A sport in which you must be masochistic to participate. There are two types of runners, sprinters and distance, sprinters doing events like 100m, 200m, and sometimes 400m. 400 m is arguably the worst event. Distance is chill but not for the weak unless you walk the whole time but those people do not count. Field events do things like shotput(heavy ball) and discus (heavy frisbee) and jump hurdles, long jump (in a sand pit and gets in your shoes),triple jump (idek what they do), and high jump(that's rlly hard). Some synonymous for track and field (mainly for the runners) are: masochistic, why?, help, somehow my but hurts from running, and enjoyable.

A:" Ion wanna go to track"
B:"why?"
A:"because I don't wanna run, I hate running"
B:"then why'd you join track"
A:"because I love to run"
