It's a person who goes yardsailing.

Yardsailor is derived from the word yardsailing in which a person drives from yard sale to yard sale trying to buy as much as they can. So someone who goes yardsailing is a yardsailor.

Kid A: I can't believe my mom wastes her Saturdays buying garbage at yard sales.

Kid B: Yeah, my mom is a yardsailor, too.
