One earns Mom Balls when they commit to making their own independent choices regarding the raising of their children despite incessant opinions from other people who think they know better about how children should be properly raised.

Characteristics of those with Mom Balls include, assertiveness, spunk, and honesty.

Mom one: Every time my mother comes over she keeps nagging me about letting Timmy eat foods with gluten".
Mom two: "You need to grow some Mom Balls and tell her to back off; it's not her child."

Romantic comedy or romcom specifically geared toward moms. Most mere mortals will not understand momcoms without a mom to translate the comedy for them. Momcommers will say things such as, "You wouldn't get it, you're not a mom" or "I guess I just really got the comedy because I am a mom"
