The act of taking a shower and using your cellphone at the same time.

Not to be confused with "shower sleep".

Dorm mate 1: "Why is James taking so long?"
Dorm mate 2: "Probably because he is doing a cell shower, as I saw him take his cellphone into the bathroom."
