When you're so mentally overwhelmed at the moment that no new information can get in and no intelligent words can get out. Like drawing a blank except you can't even recognize the question. Not to be confused with being medically confused.

One of the withdrawal symptoms from anti-depressants. It feels like a shiver down your spine, but at the base of your brain. Sometimes it can make you feel like your head is constantly turning or you're falling over. Can be very unpleasant indeed.
