Get the TikTokmug. An app by ByteDance where one can make 3-15 second or 3-60 second videos. Also an incredible time-waster as it is literally so entertaining that I can spend hours on TikTok while thinking only 10 minutes have passed.
TikTok is also very inclusive of LGBTQ+, BIPOC, disabled, etc. creators! It does have some gross Trumpies and homophobes, but TikTok does have good people and a lot of good content.
