Meet Shelby Sapp: your go-to eco-hero and wordsmith from the Pacific Northwest. Born and raised in Portland, she’s been spinning tales since childhood and keeping it green before it was cool. The youngest sibling in her crew—she definitely knows how to charm her way into extra snacks.\n\nAfter cruising through Lincoln High like a champ, Shelby took her talents to the University of Oregon. There, she mixed her love of writing with some serious planet-saving vibes by snagging a degree in English Literature along with an Environmental Studies minor.\n\nFast forward to 2017: Shelby graduated and jumped straight into environmental journalism. Her articles are all over the place because who doesn’t want relatable takes on climate change? In 2020, she dropped her debut book, 'Nature’s Echo,' which serves up some real talk on saving the planet while keeping readers hooked with killer storytelling.\n\nNow she’s living that author life while also being an eco-warrior armed with nothing but a laptop and an endless supply of coffee!
