When you meet someone while getting a hoagie at the local deli.

“Oh yeah Keith? We had a deli meet.”
“What kind of hoagie was he getting?”
“Breaded chicken”

Smegma Meeting

A meeting in which everyone leaves happy, satisfied and with little evidence of their fun adorning their face. It’s similar to a “meeting of the minds”, but with different parts of the body.

I was just in a “Smegma Meeting” and I’m so full that I had to undo my the top button of my pants.
