1) a derivative of douchebag denoting an exceptionally high level of douchebaggery
2) the quantifiable measure of the level of douchebaggery existing in any person, place or thing

1) I will most certainly not go to there and put myself in an environment with that level of douchebagliness.
2) I can smell the douchebagliness permeating the air around him.

A spoiled man. Most often characterized as ignorant, arrogant, obnoxious, rude and self-absorbed.

Tony: Look at this douchebagarino; Driving a Dodge Mega-Cab, with lifted suspension / 20" rims and no mud flaps; Weaving in-and-out of traffic, belching black smoke, while yelling into his iPhone.

Vinny: Yeah, he just cut-off little Miss Douchebagarina, in that Prius!
